Tumbler came promptly and in very good condition. Very easy to set up and use. (A vast improvement over my existing tumbler!) Using it right now, in fact. Easy clean up and handling, too. Hoping for many years of use.

Received it yesterday and started to use it 24 hours ago. I put about 1 1/2 pound of glass in it. It is rotating well. So very happy with it.

Straightforward to operate and works great. I'm using for work hardening handmade jewelry and I enjoy it.

I previously owned a hobby type tumbler. I was impressed with how much quieter this Lortone model is and how much sturdier it is built.

First, I have to say that I received excellent service and pricing from Komarevich. This is a good, sturdy little tumbler. I would have given it 5 stars except for some reason Lortone did not include an on/off switch on this model. A switch would mean not having to crawl behind furniture or around the floor to plug and unplug this thing (or use extension cords or power bars). Considering a switch costs about $.25 (or less), I don’t see why Lortone cannot inlude this option even on this low-end unit.

As expected, does a great job!
